A Grand Affaire Catering
A Grand Affaire Catering opened in 1998 to provide Seattle-Tacoma events with fine food through full-service or drop-off catering. Available menu items range from Mediterranean, Italian, and Vietnamese-inspired to customized selections including preparing a client’s family recipe, gluten free, and vegetarian. The catering team works out of DaVita Cafe’s Federal Way kitchen and travels to events within two hours' distance. A Grand Affaire Catering’s Seattle chef graduated from the California School of Culinary Arts and trained with Chef Tom Douglas.
