The SweatBox Yoga

The SweatBox, founded in 2001, is a Seattle yoga studio that holds classes and workshops for students of all levels, ages, and abilities. Classes include 90-minute Bikram, 60-minute Power Hour, 60-minute Vinyasa, and 75-minute Yin Yoga. Yoga mats and towels are required and available to rent. All classes (except Yin Yoga) are heated.
