Canton Yoga provides comprehensive yoga classes to the entire Canton community, covering a range of beginner and advanced disciplines. With small class sizes, Canton Yoga focuses on the individual client to help them get the most out of each session. The studio teaches five levels of Ashtanga yoga: Niyama, Asanas, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharna, Dhyana which integrate mindfulness and body awareness. These modalities also include breathing techniques to increase oxygen levels in the blood. Previous clients have given high praise for Canton Yoga, noting that the studio had a warm, inviting atmosphere, indicating that the classes were of high quality and that the instructors had high levels of skill in teaching yoga.
