Active Sol Yoga

Active Sol Yoga is an Atlanta yoga studio that focuses on creating a welcoming community founded on well-being, balance, and whole-body health. The instructors' yoga teachings are strongly rooted in Ashtanga yoga but draw from Vinyasa, Power, Yin and Anusara as well. Classes include Lunchtime and Happy Hour Yoga, and students are encouraged to move at their own pace. South Side Yoga Studio
