Active Sol Yoga

Active Sol Yoga is an Atlanta yoga studio that focuses on creating a welcoming community founded on well-being, balance, and whole-body health. Be Hot Yoga is a hot yoga studio that has been established in Atlanta for over 16 years. The owners of the studio are both Bikram Certified Yoga Teachers, and lead an intimate group of five other certified yoga instructors. Each class follows the traditional 26 postures of Bikram yoga, and students sweat in the 106-degree studio. Classes are either 75 or 90 minutes long, and an alternative B.A.S.E class focuses incorporating hip openers, leg stretches, and core work within the 26 postures.
