Alcoholism Center for Women helps empower the female members of the Inglewood community in achieving better futures. It is a non-profit organization that works with county and public agencies in developing, managing, and evaluating residential programs to help women gain sobriety from their substance and alcohol dependence. Its continuum of programs assists patients in maintaining abstinence, detecting indicators of relapse, and developing self-esteem. Alcoholism Center for Women was established in 1974 as West Coast's first female residential alcohol/drug center.

Clearview Treatment Programs helps Inglewood residents overcome substance addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Its staff helps patients understand the underlying reasons for their substance addiction and helps them tackle these issues through individual and group therapy sessions. It also offers outpatient treatment to allow recovering individuals to return to their everyday routine while still receiving medical care. Clinical director Nicole Riddle is a member of the American Psychological Association and previously served as a clinician on the Marin County Mental Health DBT clinical team.

Since 1991, Shields for Families has been providing the Inglewood community with perinatal substance use disorder (SUD) programs. It serves adults with SUD, those returning after being released under California’s AB 109 legislation, and adult parenting women with children 0-18 years old who have a short or moderate-term USD history. It also helps young people aged 12-20 recover from substance use and mental health disorders. The center also offers family and child welfare services, behavioral health, and homeless prevention solutions.
