The restaurant is one of five Indian restaurants in the area that serve Southern Indian cuisine. A mobile company designed to come to each customer in the Seattle area, {thyme to Nourish} is a food cooking educator and chef services company. Founded by lead chef and instructor Rachel Duboff, the focus of each class is to bring joy and health into people’s lives through food. Rachel is trained in nutrition and culinary arts and is an instructor for PCC Cooks throughout the Puget Sound area.
