  • 2023: A 69-year-old woman in Philadelphia County who sustained injuries, including disc herniations at L4-S1, was awarded $89,340 after a verdict. The woman was a passenger when her host's car, which was stopped at a red light, was hit head-on by the defendant's car from the opposite lane.
