Mr. Robertson is a Board Certified by the North Carolina State Bar as a specialist in Family Law. For over 20 years, Mr. Robertson has represented Greensboro and North Carolina residents and their families in legal matters involving North Carolina Family Law. His legal practice covers a wide range of family law issues, particularly child custody, child support, spousal support, and property division cases. During that time, Steve has earned the professional respect of the legal community in North Carolina. Now, he has expanded his scope to Bankruptcy Law where he will continue to serve clients in both Family and Bankruptcy Law. Mr. Berman brings with him 28 years of experience in the practice of law with a concentration in the areas of Wills & Estates, Family Law, Traffic Violations, Criminal Law, and Personal Injury. Previously, he was also employed with the United States Department of the Treasury. In addition, he has extensive courtroom experience and has represented many cases in the North Carolina District and Superior Courts, the North Carolina Court of Appeals, and as a certified family financial mediator. Ms. Ledford’s principal areas of practice are bankruptcy, appeals, business bankruptcy, and workouts. She is a member of the Bankruptcy Section of the North Carolina Bar Association as well as being a former chair of the Section. She has also been the chair CLE committee of the Bankruptcy Section and in charge of the NC Bar Association Annual Bankruptcy Institute. In addition, she has served as the Secretary of the Bankruptcy Section and an at-large member of the Section Council. Ms. Ledford started her legal career clerking at the North Carolina Court of Appeals for Judge Ralph Walker and for Judge John Tyson. In addition to being of counsel, at the firm, Ms. Ledford teaches Bankruptcy Law at Elon University School of Law as well as Business Law at Elon University and Guilford College.
