This boutique studio features yoga, spinning, and strength conditioning in a non-competitive environment, where all levels, from beginner to seasoned athlete, can receive expertly taught workouts. Over 15 weekly HOT26 classes are available at FOCUS Fitness. The HOT class is a 90-minute session with 26 Bikram poses and two breathing exercises at 50% humidity, and temperatures range between 105 and 107 degrees. All levels of practitioners may attend. The 60-minute HOTFlow class offers sun salutations and traditional power flow at 95-degree temperatures, and Inferno Pilates is a 60-minute class providing a full body workout at 95 degrees.
