Yoga Loka caters to individuals regardless of age, shape, and physical abilities in Reno. It has classes for different types of yoga and meditation, such as mindful vinyasa flow, qigong, mindful yoga essentials, yin, and mellow flow. Each class involves breathing exercises, physical postures, guided meditation, chant and sound, and deep relaxation. This studio aims to create an environment where clients can practice yoga free from pressure, frills, crowds, and trends. One of its instructors, Mary Dugan started with meditation in 1995 prior to studying yoga.
