Bhadra Yoga

Bhadra Yoga has been an Omaha yoga studio for almost 10 years. The center holds classes in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. Bhadra Yoga is also the only Omaha studio that offers Restorative Yoga Teacher Trainings and does so four times every year. Co-founder Melanie McLeod is certified with the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center and is also certified in Integral Yoga at the Ashram of Swami Satchidananda.

Evolve to Harmony is an Omaha yoga studio, which rents out space to other instructors. All teachers run their own programs and are paid independently.
