504 Fitness

Members of 504 Fitness, a locally owned, mid-New Orleans gym, have access to personal training, cardio and Nautilus circuit equipment, free weights, group classes, and a friendly atmosphere. The owner of 504 Fitness, which opened in 2012, is a champion powerlifter and has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 1994.
