It operates two apartment complexes and 13 recovery residences to assist individuals who seek to address their substance use disorder. Its services include 12-step recovery, transitional housing, and skill-building programs. Founder and executive director Bobbi Jo Reed and her team have helped over 8,000 individuals since 2002. Healing House is supported by the Jackson County Combat and the Missouri Department of Mental Health.
