Yoga Synergy provides classes that focus on body and breath awareness, strength building with core-based alignment, and mindfulness. Its instructors teach beginner, intermediate, and advanced yoga practitioners in Norwalk and the surrounding areas. They offer a wide range of classes, such as hot vinyasa, hot yoga, slow flow, yoga foundations, full-body stretch, and hot vinyasa power hour. One of the studio's instructors, Annie Leeks, started teaching yoga in 2012. She practices the vinyasa flow that focuses build-up to peak postures.
