Animal Hospital of Colorado Springs opened in 1980. In 2007, the company changed its name and moved to its current building. The hospital offers counseling, diagnostics, emergency and preventive care, and surgery services. The hospital is accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association and is also involved with the American Veterinary Medical Association, the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners, and the Colorado Veterinary Medical Association. One of their doctors is also a Diplomat of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners, a certified canine and feline practitioner, and a board certified specialist.
