Core Objectives is a Redondo Beach clinic that serves patients of all ages with one-on-one treatments. The clinic provides a variety of services including manual soft tissue therapy, muscle re-education, Kinesio taping, gait training, neuro re-education, therapeutic exercises, Graston Technique, running assessments, jumping assessments, plyometrics, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, laser, and hot and cold therapy. Core Objectives provides orthopedic treatment for the shoulder, knees, hand, foot, ankle, wrist, elbow, lumbar spine, and cervical spine. Lisa Hedien has a B.S. in Physical Therapy from Robert Gordon University. She is a member of the AVP Medical Board and was the physical therapist for the 2008 Olympic Gold Medalist USA Men’s Indoor Volleyball Team and the physical therapist for the 2009 All American Heavyweight Pro and Amateur Boxers.
