Arizona Culinary Institute provides programs that equip Scottsdale students with culinary art skills needed to start careers in the field, whether they are high school students, military personnel or veterans, or tribal minorities. Instructors conduct training in class sizes with less than 20 students and guide students in utilizing their skills at the school's French fine dining restaurant, du Jour, which is open to the public.
